Sara Windsor, BSc, Physiotherapist

Sara graduated from the University of Texas in Galveston in 1991 and then worked at Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina. Sara has worked in outpatient physiotherapy for the past 30 years. With a wide array of expertise she enjoys treating sports injuries, surgical patients and acute and chronic pain. In addition to standard physiotherapy treatments she also uses dry needling treatment for BPPV (positional vertigo), ergonomic assessments and is a breast cancer rehabilitation coach.
