Elizabeth Knight, Occupational Therapist

Lizzie grew up in Birmingham in the UK. After completing a history degree and working for 6 years in the heritage sector, she decided she wanted to pursue a career where she could help people and make a difference in their quality of life. She studied at Coventry University for 3 years and graduated in 2018 as an Occupational Therapist.

As a student, Lizzie completed 3 different placements, including in community mental health, inpatient oncology, and palliative care, and finally with a stroke and progressive neurology community team. After graduating, she worked as a band 5 occupational therapist at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham, working with patients who had undergone joint replacements and other orthopedic surgeries.

Lizzie came to the Cayman Islands and joined the team in November 2019. She enjoys playing tennis, sewing and doing anything where she can be creative!ringilla non.
