Kristen Arenas, Massage Therapist

Kristen has been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida since October 2005. She began her career at Rivas Medical Center in Tampa; where she focused on clinical massage techniques to treat different injuries and evaluate pain management for each client. To diversify her working knowledge of massage therapy, Kristen started working at Massage Envy in 2007; which focused more on a spa like environment enabling Kristen to focus more on the whole body instead of only specific areas of injury treatment. Her belief is that massage should be both therapeutic and relaxing.

Kristen is also certified in Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection.
